Bob Westal is a highly opinionated writer, a cinematically reactionary but a political liberal/progressive. Literally born in Hollywood, he was brought up in West Los Angeles where he learned the value of open-mindedness, the danger of fuzzy mindedness, and the occasional impossibility of discerning between the two. He is currently living in Anaheim, but not really by choice.
